Meta may suspend or block numbers for non-compliance
Growwab is not responsible for actions taken by WhatsApp or Meta
You agree to stay updated and compliant with all applicable WhatsApp policies.
7. Fees and Payments
Fees are charged as per the selected plan or agreement
All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Prices may change with prior notice
Taxes, government levies, and WhatsApp conversation charges may apply
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Growwab website, including logos, designs, software, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Growwab.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without written permission.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that:
You have lawful consent from your end users to message them
You comply with all applicable data protection laws
Growwab acts as a service provider and does not own your customer data
10. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to:
Maintenance
Technical issues
Third-party service failures (including Meta/WhatsApp)
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Growwab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Growwab is not responsible for loss of business, data, or revenue
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Growwab harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Your misuse of the Services
Violation of laws or third-party rights
Non-compliance with WhatsApp or Meta policies
13. Termination
Growwab may suspend or terminate your access:

For non-payment
If required by law or Meta/WhatsApp
You may terminate your account by written notice, subject to settlement of dues.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of INDIA.
Courts located in AHMEDABAD shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
